Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using UniverseIQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be of legal age to use betting, trading or prediction-market services in your jurisdiction, and you are responsible for confirming that such activity is lawful where you live.

2. What UniverseIQ is

UniverseIQ is a research and probability tool. It produces estimated probabilities, estimated edge, confidence scores, risk grades and written reasoning for markets you submit or that appear in our daily feed.

Nothing produced by the service is financial, investment, tax or betting advice, a recommendation, or a guarantee of any outcome. All figures are estimates generated by statistical and AI models and may be wrong.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared, resold or used to redistribute our output at scale.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The starter plan gives seven days of full access free and then renews at $29.99 per month unless cancelled before the renewal date. The yearly plan is $249.99 and renews annually.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access to the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for our no-refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to place bets or trades where prohibited, to launder funds, or to build a competing product from our output.

Automated access, bulk downloading, and reselling analyses are not permitted without written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniverseIQ is not liable for trading, betting or investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
