We collect the minimum needed to run your account and your analyses, and we never sell personal data.
Information we collect
Account data: your email address, authentication provider, and the display name you choose.
Usage data: the markets you analyse, the files or links you submit, the analyses returned, your watchlist, paper-trading activity, and basic request logs used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Billing data: subscription status and plan. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
How we use it
To generate and store your analyses, to keep your history and performance tracking accurate, to operate subscriptions, to prevent abuse, and to improve the accuracy of the product.
Anonymised, aggregated usage metrics such as request counts and model costs are used for internal capacity and cost monitoring.
Uploads and AI processing
Screenshots, PDFs and text you submit are stored privately against your account and sent to our AI provider solely to produce your analysis. Analyses may be cached so repeat requests for identical input do not re-run the model.
We do not use your uploads to train third-party models.
Processors
We rely on a small set of providers: our cloud database and authentication host, Stripe for payments, and an AI model provider for analysis. Each processes data only to deliver the service.
Retention and your controls
Analyses and uploads are retained while your account is active. You can delete individual analyses at any time, and you can request full account deletion through the contact page, after which your data is removed within thirty days except where we must retain billing records.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped per user at the database level, and API keys are held server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.
Contact
Privacy questions and data requests can be submitted through the contact page, using the email address you provide there as the reply channel.
