Refund Policy

No refunds

Payments for the $29.99 monthly plan and the $249.99 yearly plan are non-refundable. This includes partially used periods, unused periods, and periods where you did not log in.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds when you cancel mid-cycle or downgrade.

Why we can do this fairly

The free 7-day trial unlocks every feature with no limits. It exists specifically so you can evaluate the analyser, daily picks, coach, paper trading and performance tracking before committing to a recurring plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

To avoid the monthly charge after the free trial, cancel before day seven.

Results are not grounds for a refund

UniverseIQ sells probability estimates and research, not outcomes. Losing bets, losing trades or a run of unfavourable results are not grounds for a refund.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us through the contact page with the date and amount and we will correct the error.

Statutory rights

Where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction grants a right that cannot be waived, that law prevails over this policy.
